UI/UX Designer

About the position

Our client is seeking a creative, innovative, analytical and experienced self-starter to join their dynamic company and to take responsibility for the full design process of web-based and mobile business applications, including user experience and user interface design.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related work experience in interaction design, user interface design, and user experience research
• Familiarity with user interface guidelines and best practices for major platforms (iOS, Android, web)
• An understanding of the limitations and trade-offs of using various development technologies and standards (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.)
• Evidence of UX process design is non-negotiable.
• Ability to create pixel-level mock-ups and/or clickable prototypes based on an existing style guide, using tools such as Pencil, Visio, Balsamiq, Fireworks or Photoshop
• Having experience in working with business-style applications that provide rich functionality using maps, charts, analytics, infographics, workflow and data editing will be a definite advantage.
