UI/UX Designer Front-End Developer

About the position

The UI/UX Designer Front-End Developer will design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts, as well as building responsive, accessible front-end interfaces. The role blends user-centered design thinking with hands-on front-end development (HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks) to deliver visually appealing and functionally robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive front-end interfaces
• Translate UI/UX designs into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Optimize applications for usability, speed, and accessibility
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback analysis
• Maintain UI specifications, reusable components, and design consistency
• Analyze usage data and suggest improvements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as UI/UX Designer, Front-End Developer, or hybrid role
• Strong portfolio of design and front-end projects
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience with frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, React - advantageous)
• Skilled in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, UXPin)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
