About the position
Reverside is an IT services provider; we are always looking for professional candidates to join our team in Software Development, providing opportunities to work on exciting projects, within our well-established client base. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience. Working closely with the Product team, you will define and deliver user experiences from ideation to implementation. This role includes a mix of strategic, research, discovery, and leadership responsibilities.
Duties:
- Driving user-centred design approaches and influencing product direction through evidence-driven UX.
- Collaborating across departments on product discovery and solution delivery.
- Collaborating with product leads, stakeholders, and development teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and identify product opportunities.
- Using discovery (prototyping, usability testing, focus groups, interviews) methods to validate identified solutions with real customers before solutions are developed.
- Delivering and communicating insights collected from user research through presentations and user journeys.
- Delivering wireframes, journeys, high and low fidelity prototypes and final UI design requirements for online portals and mobile apps.
- Shaping and driving product strategy and vision with the product team.
- Translating your design journeys into product demo videos.
- Conceptualizing and developing micro-interactions, demo videos and animations.
- Partnering with product and engineering leaders to ensure deliverables are well-defined, provide business value, and are successfully executed.
KPIs:
- Exceptional user experience, measured through usability scores (NPS) and user feedback.
- Conversion rates on key journeys designed.
- Number of innovations designed resulting from user research and testing.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in UX design and a demonstrable track record of successfully shipped mobile app experiences.
- Experience across the entire product design cycle including UX research, copywriting, wireframes, prototypes, final UI design, implementation, and post-release optimization.
- An understanding of Apple and Google's design principles.
- A portfolio showcasing knowledge of native mobile UI design. Live App Store examples are a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop)
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (InVision, [URL Removed] etc.).
- Qualitative and quantitative research abilities.
