UI/UX Design Specialist

About the position

Seeking a highly creative and analytical UI/UX Design Specialist to take ownership of the full user experience and interface design lifecycle for web and mobile business applications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in UI/UX design and research
• Strong skills in UX workflow mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Experience creating mockups and clickable prototypes (tools: Balsamiq, Figma, Visio, Photoshop, etc.)
• Solid understanding of UX for web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript standards (basic understanding)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across product, design, and engineering
• Experience in business applications involving mapping, charts, analytics, and infographics is a plus
• Must provide a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX ownership of projects
