- Refrigeration experience 5 years
- Technical ability / understanding

- Refrigeration Engineering/ Ref qualification preferable
- Project Management: preferable

- Deep industry networks
Product expertise, ability to sell consultatively
Project co-ordination, planning and management
- Identify possible refrigeration systems
- Manage customer expectations and relationships
- Communicate project timelines to production team
- Manage project resources and budget
- Manage overall project quality
- Inspect & sign-off project before handing over to customer
- Key account management
- Technical team management
