About the position
Trust Officer/Broker's Assistant with Investment administration experience required for prestigious firm in the Southern Suburbs
Highly reputable Investment & Financial Services firm in the Southern Suburbs has a position available for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. A perfectionist with excellent client services experience and brilliant communication skills would be well-suited to fulfill the requirements for this position. Experience in the collation of documentation for investment instructions including redemptions, share dealing and switches as well as preparation of trust administration documentation is critical. A typing speed of more than 50 wpm would be required in order to complete minutes of client meetings as well as proposals for clients. Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and compliance requirements are a must.
