Treasury Support Specialist

About the position

Our client, who looks after many corporate clients treasury management systems is looing to employ a Treasury Support Specialist.

This person will be responsible for:

• Liaison with corporate treasury professionals
• Implementation of new clients - scoping of company specific requirements from a treasury systems functionality perspective as well as project handover and training
• Support role with existing clients - Day-to-day support, which includes administrative support
• Assist Developers in translating business's requirements and functional specifications into detailed technical requirements
• Report writing in SAP Crystal Reports using SQL Server as a database; (training can be provided)
• Maintain effective client relationships to ensure successful service delivery and support
• Effectively engage with team to plan resourcing

Desired Skills and Expertise

• BCom degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field experience
• Experience in treasury management systems support OR as an alternative working in a treasury or in a finance environment
• MS Office Literate (non-negotiable), experience in ERP systems (Advantageous)
• Preference will be given to a candidate with experience in SAP Crystal Report writer and SQL database knowledge
