About the position
We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Deputy to provide leadership across treasury accounting, financial governance, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives within a complex shared services environment. This is a senior finance appointment requiring a strong blend of technical treasury expertise, commercial acumen, and project leadership capability.
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8-10 years' senior-level experience in Treasury, Finance, and/or Business Process Improvement
- Proven experience within a Shared Services environment
- Strong Treasury Accounting expertise, including:
- Foreign Exchange Instruments
- Borrowings and Debt Management
- Interest Rate Swaps and Hedging Instruments
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics capabilities
- Experience with Power BI, dashboard reporting, automation, and AI-driven tools
- Project Management experience with a track record of delivering finance transformation initiatives
- CA(SA) qualification will be highly advantageous
