About the position
Our client, a global outsourcing and technology company, is looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end transition programmes across multiple regions. This role sits close to both delivery and growth, requiring someone who can manage implementation while also contributing to solution design and new business pursuits. If you've led complex transitions in a BPO or digital operations environment and enjoy building structure where there is ambiguity, this could be a strong next step. You'll be responsible for taking transition initiatives from early-stage solutioning through to steady state, ensuring that processes are implemented effectively, stakeholders are aligned, and delivery standards are met. Along the way, you'll also play a role in strengthening transition capability and introducing improvements to how projects are executed. You'll be working across a broad internal network, including operations, quality, transformation, and enabling functions such as HR, technology, and compliance. Externally, you'll engage directly with client stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle. This role would suit someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, and who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes. Exposure to international travel or the ability to engage across global regions will be beneficial.
