About the position
- Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities across projects and programmes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of communication strategies to effectively engage impacted stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between business, technology, and people change requirements.
- Provide input training strategies and assist with the design and implementation of training and support materials.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption and develop corrective actions where required.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to change impact and resistance.
- Drive continuous improvement in change management practices and tools.

Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification or a bachelor’s degree in information communication technology (ICT) or related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Transformation).
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change Management role.
- Proven experience working within large enterprise organizations (1,000+ users).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing, managing, and implementing organizational change programmes.
