Salary: From R40K to R50K based on qualifications, skills & experience.

Job Description
- Monitor cross-border truck movements daily using modern tracking systems to maintain delivery schedules.
- Keep regular, supportive contact with long-distance drivers to ensure safe and efficient trip turnarounds.
- Work directly with border clearing agents to prepare customs and transit documents in advance.
- Proactively resolve border delays at key crossings to keep freight moving without unnecessary standing.
- Coordinate scheduled loading, customer deliveries, and profitable return backloads across the regional corridor network.
- Check driver compliance files, cross-border permits, and medicals before dispatch to prevent travel delays.
- Coordinate workshop maintenance and roadside repairs quickly to keep vehicle downtime to a minimum.
What You Need to Apply
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience controlling African cross-border road freight vehicles.
- Proven practical experience managing vehicles through key African border posts including ZAMBIA & DRC
- Good understanding of cross-border customs clearing processes, transit manifests, and route documentation.
- Practical background working with heavy commercial vehicle servicing, maintenance, and breakdown response coordination.
- Strong administrative ability to verify trip expense sheets, fuel receipts, and travel paperwork.
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate; relevant transport or logistics qualifications are an added advantage.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-player mindset.
