Responsibilities: Requirements:
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and capability strategy to meet current and future organizational needs.
Stay abreast of the latest training trends and developments, ensuring our learning solutions cater to diverse generational learning requirements.
Continuously evaluate and enhance learning methodologies and processes to maintain best-in-class standards.
Conduct thorough training needs assessments through job analysis, career path reviews, performance appraisals, and manager consultations.
Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
Facilitate dynamic training sessions and workshops to equip employees with essential skills and knowledge.
Create and manage an annual training calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of all learning activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through questionnaires and manager feedback, making necessary program adjustments.
Provide dedicated support to line managers and trainers in addressing specific training challenges.
Must-Haves:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in training and management within a professional environment.
Proven experience in managing programs and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience in implementing programs and processes to achieve Skills Development Act / BBBEE SD targets.
In-depth knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Experience in project management and budgeting.
Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
