About the position
Corporate Client in the Financial Services Industries seeks a Training, Research and Development Lead
Requirements - NOT NEGOTIABLE
Education - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Education; Training; Communication
3 years + experience in Training design; delivery and evauation; R&D leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Training capability and development.
Design, implement and manage a structured learning and development framework aligned to operational needs.
develop and deliver training programs - (both in person and digitally).
Integrate e learning, simulations and blended learning approaches to optimize knowledge retention.
Conduct training needs analyses.
Create and maintain up to date learning material
Research and innovation
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to translate regulatory updates into actionable learning modules
Translate research findings into recomendations
