About the position

Are you a dynamic and experienced Training Manager passionate about shaping talent within a thriving quick-service restaurant environment? Do you excel at designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive operational excellence and foster team growth? If so, we want you!

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Training Manager to lead our training initiatives across both our extensive franchise network and corporate stores. This is a critical role where you will design, implement, and refine training programs that ensure brand consistency, upskill our dedicated teams, and align with industry best practices. You'll be instrumental in developing leaders and driving performance that directly impacts our success.

Key Responsibilities (Highlights):

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing franchisees and corporate staff.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores.
  • Develop and facilitate training for new product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding for new franchisees, including hands-on support.
  • Track training outcomes and continuously improve content and methodologies.
  • Coach and empower store managers to become effective trainers and leaders.
  • Introduce and manage cutting-edge digital learning platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (ideally in QSR, food service, or retail) in training and development.
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and QSR service standards.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse training methodologies.
  • Experience in creating SOPs, engaging training content, and e-learning modules.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • SETA experience or involvement in Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) / Annual Training Reports (ATR).
  • Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on, in-store training delivery.
  • A natural coach, mentor, and inspirer of diverse teams.
