About the position
National organisation requires an experienced Training Co Ordinator. You will be required to co-ordinate training courses and dates, administration duties and booking the facilitators. This position is based in Bedfordview.

Relevant training courses / qualifications
HSE qualification is an advantage
4+ Years' experience of working as a Trainer? Training Facilitator, Training Co-ordinator or other relevant position in Training
Significant experience in coordinating multiple training classes or events
Own transport is essential for occasional traveling to QCTO or SETA
Significant experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools
Good experience of providing complete full training cycle? assessing needs? plan? develop? coordinate? monitor and evaluate
Excellent knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
Close familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques in relation to the courses our company offers.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
Duties
We require a skilled Training Co-ordinator who will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects in our company.
Your duties will include managing? designing? developing? coordinating and conducting large or small-scale training programs.
You should be an experienced educator? with strong abilities to convey a deep knowledge of your field.
Organizational skills and a positive attitude are also required.
Arrange training classes for delegates as and when required.
Review and organize training courses? design and develop new training programs
Review and update existing training courses of the business, including development of educational aids and materials to make courses more affective and engaging.
Responsible for managing company’s accreditations with QCTO and relevant SETA’s
Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques.
Review and analyse instructional effectiveness and prepare reports determining the impact of training on delegates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
Manage curriculum database and training records.
Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
Sourcing registered facilitators with relevant qualifications to provide training sessions.
Oversee in-house training facilities and equipment.
Assist in developing marketing material to utilize and distribute to customers for marketing purposes.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the above requirements, you may be required to assist with further duties as deemed necessary by the employer or requirements of the business operations
