About the position

Job Purpose

• To identify capacity building and training opportunities that emerge from research findings or industry gaps and to facilitate and engage MQA and other training partners to support skills development in the sector.

• The incumbent will report to: Technology Transfer and Commercialisation Specialist.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelors Honours degree in a mining related field or in training and development related field.
• Project management qualifications is an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in skills development and training
• 2 years' project management experience
• 2 years' experience in the mining industry
• Research experience or experience in a research environment is an added advantage.
