Duties & Responsibilities
ASSIST BUYER WITH:
Selection of product appropriate for our customer and stores
Negotiation with suppliers for best possible prices
Liaising with suppliers to meet our production requirements
Liaising with stores to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and merchandised
Ensuring quality standards for our products are met
Administration of the buying process
Desired Experience & Qualification
BA/B-com or relevant clothing or textile related diploma at a registered institution
Have computer skills (Windows - Word, Excel, Outlook)
Have corel draw, photoshop (advantageous)
Must have experience in a clothing environment
Be willing to work long hours
Be willing to visit stores regularly
