About the position

We are always looking for skilled Trade & Working Capital Application Support Specialist professionals to join our growing team and contribute to innovative technology projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for Trade & Working Capital applications
- Support platforms including TIplus and Etradeport
- Incident, problem, and defect management (end-to-end)
- Root cause analysis for complex trade-related issues
- SLA monitoring and escalation management
- Application monitoring, system health checks, and alerts analysis
- Vendor coordination (e.g. Finastra, Komgo, Mitigram)
- UAT, QA testing, release validation, and post-implementation support
- Change management and deployment support (maker/checker)
- Trade pricing loads and operational system configuration
- Stakeholder communication (including bulk communications)
- Risk, audit, and compliance adherence
- Documentation, reporting, and knowledge management
- Participation in disaster recovery testing
Technical & Application Skills - Application support experience in a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of Trade & Working Capital systems
- Hands-on support of TIplus and Etradeport
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Root cause analysis across multiple systems
- Application monitoring and alert analysis
- UAT & QA testing experience
- Understanding of SDLC for defects and enhancements
- Ability to work with vendor systems and upgrades
- Accurate incident logging and reporting (e.g. ServiceNow / SnoW)
Trade & Business Domain Skills - Working understanding of Trade Operations
- Product knowledge across Trade products (imports, exports, guarantees, LC’s, etc.)
- Understanding of Trade & Working Capital risk frameworks
- Awareness of credit risk, operational risk, and audit requirements
- Ability to assess financial and client impact of system outages
- Understanding of banking revenue, cost, and capital drivers
Qualifications – Mandatory- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- IT certifications are advantageous (not mandatory)
