Job Title: Trackless Fitter - Mining Industry
Location: Gauteng, South Africa
Job Description:
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and experienced Trackless Fitter to join our mining operation in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining trackless mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose faults on trackless mining equipment.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work promptly.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.
- Install new equipment and machinery as needed.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Trade Certificate as a Fitter
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fitter, in the mining industry
- Experience working with trackless mining equipment
- Good knowledge and experience with underground pumps, valves, impact breakers, tips, gearboxes, hydraulic motors, etc.
Benefits:
Salary: R600K-R800K
