CANDIDATES All candidates on the Kencorp Database have been personally interviewed by qualified KenCorp staff and have been subjected to the following tests/verifications according to the Clients specification namely: - Reference checks - Credit check verification - Qualification Verification - Criminal checks All of these candidates have also been assessed in terms of skills, experience and qualifications pertaining to the Client requirements by doing: - Interview Assessment – this Assessment is completed by KenCorp staff during the interview to assess and evaluate skills and abilities. - Computer Skills Assessment – these tests are completed by the candidate to assess his/her skills related to the position in areas such as Typing, Numeracy, Word, Excel, Power Point, Debtors, Creditors and Bookkeeping skills. - Client’s own Assessment – this Assessment is provided by the Client with the focus on five job-related Key Performance Areas. - Kencorp assesses the candidate’s suitability based on the five key performance areas provided by the Client. The qualified candidates will be short listed and forwarded to the Client. DATABASE The Kencorp Database consists of candidates with qualifications, experience and skills which reflect various profiles and job specifications requested by the clients. This Database is kept up to date on a daily basis.
