Hire Resolve's Client are searching for a skilled TMM Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of diesel engines and experience working on heavy duty equipment, particularly in the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on TMM diesel engines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, particularly with TMM equipment
- Diesel Mechanic Trade and Grade 12 / N3 Certificate
- Technical knowledge and understanding of diesel engines
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
