About the position

Introduction

The primary objective of the Time and Attendance Specialist role is to drive innovation of time and attendance features within the mobile application and cloud platform. It is also the responsibility of the incumbent to manage the implementation process of the mobile application as a whole to new and existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities for the Role

T&A Industry Research

•         Work closely with the operations and dev team to analyse and help improve T&A related features based on industry research and best practices.

•         Regular customer feedback meetings to drive improvements. 

Customer Success Enablement

•         Responsibly for the rollout of the mobile application to all new and existing customers.

•         Training of customer appointed master users. Training of groups of users or individuals other than master users will also form part of the training responsibility.

•         Delivering on the customers expectations.

Stakeholder Relationships

•         Establish and maintain effective links with suppliers of systems with which EasyRoster is integrated in order to gain and share clients;

•         Ensure that potential new client needs are anticipated and met, and optimize relationship interface and mutual gain;

•         Proactively enhance business credibility with the existing clients, key stakeholders and potential new clients, across all relevant industries;

•         Ensure that all strategic, annual plan and budget results are met;

Business Intelligence

•         Undertake key research to understand the business environment, competitor landscape, threats, drivers and potential opportunities, specifically with reference to the EasyRoster Division’s software product offerings and services, and the sector in general;

•         Develop and maintain a good appreciation of industry and technology trends and their impact on the business;

•         Play a key role in competitor and market analysis to inform medium and long-term business development positioning;



Minimum Requirements
Qualification and Experience Requirements

•         Extensive knowledge of time and attendance software and mobile applications.

•         Advance knowledge of BI Dashboards.

•         Work experience in the T&A industry.

•         Good knowledge of software development processes.
