Tier 2 Support Technician

About the position

Our top client in the technology industry is urgently looking to appoint a skilled, qualified and experienced Tier II Technician to start NOW!

You will be responsible for rendering of remote and on site support to a host of external clients, maintaining high levels of quality and client service.
Support will include all technical infrastructure basic servers/networking systems processes, desktop security, desktop, remote cloud computing, Microsoft 365 administration, hosting, web services hardware/software, multiple devices e.g. PC & Mac, Mobile etc.

To qualify for this role you will need:

• Matric
• Relevant post matric qualifications in IT
• 5years experience in IT hardware, software and networking support at Tier II level
• Driver's license and car
• Ability to start NOW on 3 month contract
