About the position
A senior theatre leadership opportunity in Durban for a seasoned theatre professional to oversee operational performance, clinical quality, and multidisciplinary coordination within a busy surgical environment.
Requirements:
- SANC registered.
- A degree in Nursing Science.
- A diploma in Operation Theatre Nursing.
- Proven nursing management experience, within a theatre environment.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Financial acumen, with an understanding of budgeting and cost management.
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation and supply chain management principles.
- An understanding of the private healthcare industry, and hospital operational structures, is advantageous.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
