About the position

Do you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Our client, a leading global organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Test Automation Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Run tests, create, and maintain test scripts and data.
• Identify and document bugs to ensure software quality.
• Document and continuously update the test automation process.
• Analyze test processes and select appropriate cases for automation.
• Convert manual test cases to automated ones.
• Gather test data from business departments and define requirements for DevOps.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyzing protocols and defining actions.
• • Train other team members in test automation.
  • Participate in test planning and support the test manager and team members with automated test cases.
  • Coordinate test automation with other products or sub-products.
  
  

• Skills and Requirements:
  • Practical experience in test case design, planning, and execution.
  • Ability to coordinate with business and IT counterparts, as well as other testers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day test process issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both influential and articulate.
  • Proficiency in:
    • SAP Finance (FICO front-end user experience)
    • TOSCA (Tricentis Tosca certification is crucial)
    
    
  
  
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  
  
  • Willingness to travel internationally (planned and unplanned).
  
  
  • Strong business acumen and financial accounting background.
  
  
  • In-depth knowledge of processes and accounting.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Information Systems (BCOM minimum).
• ISTQB certification.

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and test management.
