RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of test strategies and test planning across major systems.
- Manage test execution, reporting, and quality assurance processes using tools such as X-Ray.
- Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Develop and oversee automated tests (frontend, backend, and integration).
- Guide and implement performance and load testing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, reporting mechanisms, and team capability.
- Identify and implement training needs for QA engineers.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years’ overall IT experience, with 3+ years in a senior QA/Test Manager capacity.
- Strong experience in test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of test data management and QA best practices.
- Tools: X-Ray, Jira, Git, GitHub Actions.
Advantageous Skills
- Automated testing tools: Playwright, Cucumber.
- Performance testing: JMeter, Gatling.
- Experience with AWS architecture.
- Security, reliability, and portability testing knowledge.
Qualifications
- A relevant IT degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
