Test Engineer
The company is looking for a test engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks effectively, and remains focused under pressure. The ideal candidate would be able to prioritise workloads, adapt to changing requirements, and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality.
 
The tech team is the driving force of the company business, building custom solutions that help their clients grow their customer base. The company is looking for a skilled test engineer for the company team who will help them test their products and maintain the highest quality standards for their clients.
If you have an eye for detail, with a mind for identifying and solving critical product issues, you are the right fit for the company.
 
Objectives of this role

  • You aim to ensure the highest quality of the company CRM software by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product.
  • You will work on developing suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with the company customers.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating with several functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.
  • You will help to upskill junior testers on testing best practices

 
Responsibilities

  • Ensure that test execution is carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure that all test cases are run as planned.
  • Working in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, report and track software defects and issues.
  • Perform functional, performance, security and regression testing of software products.
  • Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.

 
Required skills and qualifications

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech consultancy business.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Must have experience with automated testing.

 
Preferred skills and qualifications
Skilled in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks to develop and execute tests.
