Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Deliver against operational and cost targets.
• Resource Management: Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitor costs for the financial year according to the operational plan.
• Expenditure Approval: Allocate and approve expenditure.
• Budget Analysis: Review cost reports and resolve or explain variances to the budget.
• Risk Management: Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
• Cost Efficiency: Manage costs or expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships that allow for managing expectations, sharing knowledge, and creating buy-in.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support.
• Customer Experience: Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organisational values and service standards.
• Professional Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand.
• Customer Understanding: Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver quality service.
• Innovative Solutions: Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solution selection and application.
• Test Case Design: Create design steps from test cases in the Quality Centre.
• System Validation: Execute system validation plans (new function) and liaise with Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scripts.
• Test Execution: Execute all test activities for allocated projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute all allocated test activities for projects.
• Test Plan Preparation: Prepare and submit test plans for sign-off.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in test analysis and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Quality Centre and test script compilation.
