About the position
We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst II to join a dynamic technology team responsible for delivering high-quality business solutions across enterprise applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, preparing and executing test cases to ensure new applications, enhancements, production fixes and system changes meet business and technical requirements. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and Project Managers throughout the software delivery lifecycle to ensure quality solutions are delivered into production.
This role is ideal for a Test Analyst who enjoys hands-on testing, problem solving and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and functional requirements to understand testing needs.
- Design, develop and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression and End-to-End Testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Execute testing for system enhancements, new applications, production fixes and disaster recovery exercises.
- Identify, log, manage and retest software defects.
- Validate defect fixes before production deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, functional specifications and quality standards.
- Produce test evidence, execution reports and defect summaries.
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Refinements and Reviews.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years' experience as a Software Test Analyst.
- Experience testing enterprise business applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience creating test cases, test scenarios and test execution packs.
- Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression and System Testing.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or HP ALM.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Relevant IT qualification.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred).
