About the position
Required to understand the business processes for invoicing vehicles to client’s Group customers and business partners as you will be responsible to support Business by analysing process issues along with business input to the resolution of system issues.
As part of an agile project team, you will actively work closely with national and international specialist areas as well as with IT departments to ensure continuous standardization as well as process consistency & enhancements.
Ensures documentation is up to date and conducting necessary training as well as knowledge transfer sessions with key users.
Responsible to test the implemented system solutions together with the specialist departments and market testers, assist with the introduction and stabilization in the markets and ensure the necessary transfer of know how. You will be expected to support/perform the execution of ongoing testing activities, with focus on ensuring high levels of test automation throughout all processes.
Responsible for process and system monitoring using defined internal toolsets, including the monitoring and follow up on issues resulting from the results out of automated regression tests. Out of the monitoring and testing roles, identify areas of process inefficiencies and potential for improvements in order to secure stability of process.
Responsible for test case creation, quality testing and exception management, in conjunction with the Functional & Development team.
Within the implementation process of setting new functionality live in the productive environment, ensure using selective monitoring, that the tested functionality is working as designed.
Provide detailed ad-hoc business process support to 1st and 2nd level helpdesks for all aspects of the defined Invoicing process.
Work in close collaboration with the client’s internal Testing and Process Improvement Teams to jointly identify opportunities for process improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum of BCom in Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).
Essential Skills Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience with process implementation in IT projects, especially in the sales and financial/accounting area based on SAP S/4 HANA.
In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge (vehicle automotive sales & finance environment experience very advantageous).
Good understanding & experience in process monitoring, test execution & automation (Tosca not required but advantageous).
Extensive knowledge/experience of agile working methodology.
Extensive knowledge/experience in process design using SAP SD, MM, FI, CO as well as corresponding system knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA.
Excellent and articulate communicator.
Ability to influence and engage with authority.
Strong business acumen.
Flexibility to travel internationally (both planned and unplanned travel).
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP VMS (Vehicle Manager), AIF and BRF+ (SAP certification is advantageous).
IT degree.
Experience in global SAP template rollouts.
German speaking.
