What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll manage the entire tendering process, from reading and understanding tender documentation to preparing and submitting accurate and comprehensive tenders. Your role involves working closely with various departments (including procurement, finance, HR, and operations), ensuring compliance with legal and company-specific regulations. You'll also maintain a systematic record-keeping process for future reference and audits, while contributing to cost-effective procurement practices and identifying opportunities for savings. You will be office based, in Epping, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. What you'll need You'll need at least 3 years of experience in tender administration, along with a Matric Certificate and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of tendering legislation (BBBEE, CIDB) is essential, as is an understanding of tender rules, terminology, and compliance requirements. Your strong organisational skills, proficiency in computer applications (Excel, MS Project, Buildsmart, etc.), and ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be key to your success in this role.
