About the position
Leading medical supplier requires an experienced Tender & Quotes Administrator to join their team in Midrand.
Areas of Responsibility
Receipt and submission of quotes and tenders
Complete standard Company information
Hi-light unusual information/allocation request queries to Supervisor
Source updated information, certificates, etc. from relevant Managers
Maintain an accurate filing system with specific reference to supplier and tender documentation
Attend to general office/administrative requirements
Effective screening of telephone calls, taking of accurate messages, complete RFQ, handle queries and if possible, refer caller to someone who can assist
Compilation of stationery orders for department
Improve and ensure quality of all proposals, quotes and tenders – appearance and content
Assist in completing vendor registration forms as and when required.
Qualifications
A Grade 12 certificate is a minimum requirement
Experience required
Previous experience with Tenders and/or Quotes is a prerequisite
Medical industry experience is essential
ERP computer experience will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Ms Word, Outlook and Adobe is essential
