Drake International is seeking a Temporary Staffing Specialist to lead growth in our Industrial TES division. Main Objective:
- Drive new business sales and organic account growth within the temporary staffing sector.
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients by delivering tailored, scalable workforce solutions.
- Strengthen Drake's presence as a trusted TES partner across key industries.
Key Performance Areas:
- Develop and manage job orders for temporary placements, ensuring rapid turnaround and quality delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on labour legislation, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to source, screen, and assess candidates for temporary assignments.
- Market top candidates to clients and match talent to urgent staffing needs.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles, references, and placement documentation.
- Maintain strong post-placement relationships to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Produce professional, client-facing communication including proposals, emails, and reports.
- Connect with potential clients through smart, tailored outreach strategies
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to promote TES offerings.
- Build meaningful relationships and identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with a supportive team to grow your portfolio and hit key milestones
- Take ownership of your pipeline, supported by strong marketing and lead-generation tools
Key Competencies & Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Proven experience in temporary staffing, TES, or outsourcing is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, compliance, and workforce regulations.
- Background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
