Temporary HVAC Project Administrator

About the position

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Administrator to join an established HVAC Projects Team on a temporary basis.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy project environment, is strong on administration and financial processes, and can confidently keep track of multiple projects, deadlines and documentation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing administrative support to the project team
• Assisting with tender documentation, submissions and filing
• Opening and managing job orders
• Raising purchase orders for suppliers
• Tracking project budgets, expenditure and job profitability
• Assisting with billing and financial reporting
• Maintaining project documentation and electronic filing
• Tracking project tasks, milestones and deadlines
• Assisting with project performance reports and action plans
• Maintaining Health & Safety documentation and compliance records
• Liaising with Project Managers, suppliers and other stakeholders

What we need:

• Matric – essential
• 3–5 years’ Project Administration experience
• Previous experience within an HVAC or technical project environment would be highly advantageous
• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management/Administration
• Valid driver’s licence held for longer than one year
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience using project management/planning software
• Good financial administration skills
• Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in Cape Town and be able to travel to Milnerton
• Must be available immediately
