Temporary Driver

About the position

My Client, a reputable law firm in Pretoria East, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Temporary Driver to join their professional team. 

A valid PDP is a requirement.
Requirements:

• Valid PDP licence (Professional Driving Permit)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Presentable, courteous, and discreet when interacting with VIP clients.
• Must reside in or near Pretoria East. 
• Ability to work overtime when required. I.E, be at the office at 6 am or work until 6 pm when needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to the post office and manage DOCEX collections and deliveries.
• Transport VIP clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Purchase office supplies and small equipment.
• Issue and sign out stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry in Excel and Word.
• Handle ad hoc errands as required.
