Temporary Debtors Consultant (Ref: 23837)

About the position

Our Client based in Menlyn is seeking a Temporary Debtors Consultant to call and collect all outstanding membership fees. Also responsible for retaining members that want to cancel, welcome new members and follow up on failed debit orders to ensure payments come through. Successful incumbent will have a daily target to call and a monthly target to collect.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing Orders that are submitted to be booked via CLM (Contract Lifecyle Management via Docusign & [URL Removed] Approving / processing of new contracts including contract variations and terminations - Assuring all necessary documents and/or approvals are provided
• Cross-referencing contracts, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Raising invoices and credit notes from Salesforce onto our INFOR10 system.
• Administration of order and account queries using MS Outlook for emails.
• Entering vital financial information in Salesforce and INFOR10 Systems.
• Booking recognition and attribution ensuring booking policy is followed.
• Creation and distribution of data for the generation of invoices and credit notes/rebills.
• Partnering with domestic & international teams internally, in order to ensure processes are followed, building solid and professional relationships.
• Working within agreed SLA's and KPI's to ensure that monthly close timelines are adhered to.
• Supporting all projects that impact the Order Bookings process (e.g. updates to [URL Removed]
• Working on our Unbilled invoices report, bringing down the volume of unbilled invoices, chasing the relevant teams to be sure we invoice in line with our contract agreements.

Knowledge/Skills/Professional Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior Experience of Salesforce in an Order Booking capacity (desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive with ability to prioritise and manage workload and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
