DATA CAPTURER – BRACKENFELL, CAPE TOWN
Exciting Opportunity!
Are you a detail-oriented, problem-solving individual with a passion for accuracy and numbers? We’re looking for a Data Capturer to join our team and ensure customer information is captured correctly and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Matric essential
- Handling Call from Customers, queries
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data capturing
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional and confident when dealing with customers and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and verify data accurately from customer source documents
- Handling Customer queries
- Compare and validate data against original information
- Update existing data and maintain records
- Handle administrative duties with professionalism and care
