About the position

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to support a national logistics operation with a bike rollout project aligned to new COA requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with operational teams and Area Managers regarding drivers scheduled for bike allocation
  • Facilitate and explain lease agreements to drivers (individually or in groups)
  • Ensure all lease documentation is accurately completed and signed
  • File and upload lease agreements against driver profiles
  • Complete bike handover documentation with drivers
  • Liaise with fleet to obtain required documentation for COA submissions per store
  • Ensure all processes are followed accurately end-to-end
Minimum Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and explain contract/lease terms clearly
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Own transport essential
Additional Information

  • Based in Centurion (supporting Ekurhuleni region)
  • No petrol allowance provided
  • Immediate availability preferred
