TELESELLER - JOHANNESBURG - CITY DEEP

Main purpose of the Job:

To call potential and existing customers to sell Freddy Hirsch Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle
• Handle incoming sales or general calls
• Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share
• Update the client database
• Maintain and check the backorder report as well as date back orders, and minimise back orders on the on the system
• Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery
• Assist with problem solving or complaints
• Build relationships with clients
• Handle request from internal clients or departments
• Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required
• Assist with switchboard when required
• Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required

Knowledge & Experience

• Administrative experience
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of Telephonic Etiquette

Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent NQF

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years' working experience in a telesales environment or Product knowledge
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate
