About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

A reputable online tutoring service, committed to delivering high-quality academic support to students across the UK, seeks an experienced Telephone Appointer to join a forward-thinking innovative team.  Your role as a Telephone Appointer will be to call families that have requested further information for Maths and English tuition for their children.  No cold calling - only calling interested perspectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in working within a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Excel and CRM skills (desirable but not essential).
