Job Details

Position: Telesales Consultant - Regenesys Business School

Location: 1Mbombela , 2 Limpopo, 3 Kwazulu-Natal

(This is a Work-from-Office role - attendance at our office is mandatory)
Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Make 120+ outbound sales calls daily to prospective students
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Build strong relationships and guide students in their educational journey
Track leads and follow up to maximize conversions
Drive revenue growth through expert sales execution
What You Need to Succeed:

2-3 years of sales/telesales experience (Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome!)
Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Self-motivated, results-driven attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Employment Terms & Conditions:

Training Requirement: A mandatory 2-week on-site training period (Monday to Saturday). 100% attendance is required. Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification from the role.
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, work-from-office position. Remote work is not available.
Contract Type:
If you are currently unemployed or on a fixed-term contract (FTC) and are selected to join Regenesys, you will be issued a 6-month fixed-term contract with monthly performance targets.
If you are currently in a permanent role and accept an offer from Regenesys, you will be issued a permanent employment contract, provided you can prove your current permanent employment status through your existing employment contract and recent payslips. You will be on a 6-month probation with monthly performance targets.
Probation Period: May be extended if performance targets are not.
