About the position
We are a growing Edenvale-based company offering communication solutions and are looking for a motivated Tele Sales / Lead Generator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Identify decision-makers and potential sales opportunities
- Present and introduce company products and services effectively
- Perform structured follow-ups on leads and previous conversations
- Re-engage dormant, inactive, or lost clients
- Qualify leads before scheduling appointments
- Book appointments for Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
- Achieve daily and weekly activity and performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or lead generation (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Ability to handle objections and rejection effectively
- Basic computer literacy (CRM experience is an advantage)
