About the position

We are hiring the roles of Sales consultant at our parent company g Business school @ Sandton / Rosebank- South Africa.

  • Role - Sales Consultant.
  • Work location- Sandton / Rosebank- South Africa
  • Shift- 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Working Days-6 days (Mon to Sat)
  • Must have- 1 year any Sales Experience
  • Notice Period- Immediate to 30 Days.
  • Work Mode (WFH/WFO)- WFO
  • Number of calls- 150 calls per day
  • Qualification- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields) with sales management or tele-sales.

Key Responsibilities:- Out calling new prospects interested in courses Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students Meeting sales targets and KPIs Collaborating with marketing to optimize outreach efforts.- Providing feedback on prospects' needs to improve offerings.- Identify Required Skills and Qualifications (JD) Customer service orientated.- Target driven and ability to work well under pressure.- Professional and confident.- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.- Outgoing and passionate.- Good telephone etiquette.- Proactive and highly self-motivated.- Computer literacy.- Ability to work as a team player and individually.- Must be able to travel.- Own transport is required.- Must be able to work late and/or every second Saturdays when required.

. Essential Skills:
1)Achieve agreed weekly/monthly sales targets by converting sales enquiries in the form of referrals, online enquiries or walk-ins into student registrations. Obtaining the prospective list of students from leads sent.
2)Tracking and monitoring of all prospective students on a daily basis to ascertain where in the sales process the prospect is and what the next steps are to convert them. Full lead nurturing.
3)Executing sales administration - Daily capturing of Sales inquiries and information within 2 days upon receipt. Provide qualified reports on progress and achievement of activities.
4)Fostering, maintaining, and growing client relationships. Constantly identify and develop sources of potential clients. Maintain an accurate and current database on an ongoing basis.
5)Time Management - Adhering to workflow and timelines. Provide a weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities to achieve the sales master plan. Demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits and so doing, match appropriate products to client's requirements.
Liaise with other members of the company to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.
