About the position

Telesales Agent to contribute to our company's growth by generating sales over the phone. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining strong customer relationships. Effective communication, excellent people skills, and the ability to handle objections are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contact Potential or Existing Customers:
• Reach out to potential or existing customers using predefined scripts.
• Answer Customer Queries:
• Respond to questions about our products or services.
• Understand Customer Needs:
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Team:
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
• Maintain Accurate Records:
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
• Process Orders:
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Handle Customer Grievances:
• Address customer complaints to preserve the company's reputation.
• Meet Sales Quotas:
• Go the "extra mile" to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Sales Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Computer Proficiency:
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Adaptability:
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Education:
• High school diploma
