About the position
This is a full-time, on-site role for outbound Telesales Agents in Cape Town. In this role, agents will engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services, generate leads and follow up on inquiries. This position involves actively making outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Agents will also work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction while receiving ongoing training and support.
