About the position
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in handling incoming customer inquiries and potentially engaging in outbound sales activities to promote our storage facility solutions. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a professional and friendly demeanor is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming customer calls, providing information and answering inquiries about our storage facilities.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our storage solutions to potential customers.
- Guide customers through the booking process and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Utilize various digital platforms (email, WhatsApp, etc.) to communicate with customers and provide information.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized workflow to ensure efficient handling of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone voice.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans with strong conversational abilities in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms such as email and WhatsApp.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both telephonically and in writing.
- Previous telesales experience of 10 years is highly preferred in external or internal telesales.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the West Rand.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: R15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to R25,000 per month (including basic salary and commission based on performance).
