Technology/Domain Specialist II - Wallstreet

About the position

Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.
We are looking for a Technology / Domain Specialist II – Wallstreet to join our financial services client based in Sandton for a 12-months contract role.
What you will be doing: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, document, and optimise existing Wallstreet platform functionality and its application within the business.
• Lead the design and implementation of future Wallstreet integration solutions using existing APIs and backend systems.
• Drive the resolution of technical issues impacting the performance, stability, and reliability of the Wallstreet platform.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of inflight initiatives.
• Provide expert-level support and training to internal users and platform clients.
• Define, scope, and validate future Wallstreet product and integration requirements based on business and market needs.
• Conduct regular product reviews to ensure continued alignment with strategic objectives and evolving requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with the Wallstreet application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and validate solutions from cradle to grave.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven stakeholder engagement capability.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving delivery end-to-end.
