TECHNICAL TRAINER
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Related field)
Certifications in TRAINING (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer/Safety will be an Advantage
* 3-5 Years' experience in a CONVERTING Factory, Paper Manufacturing, FMCG or Related field

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct Technical Training programs for Engineering staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations and exercises.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure training content is relevant.
• CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
