About the position
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Develop and compile training documentation and material
- Plan and prepare training schedules, facilities equipment and resources
- Assist to identify training and development needs and revise programmes as necessary
- Facilitate and control training sessions and activities.
- Conduct training assessments; invigilation of assessments
- Monitor review and report the progress of training.
- Complete training administration.
- Provide inputs for budget planning for training schedules.

About The Employer:
Our Client based in Wellington is currrently looking to acquire an experienced Technical Trainer which will be based in one of their site in Wellington. The successful candidate should posseses the following skills and experience:
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
- ETD practitioner qualifications with proven experience as a Training Facilitator and/or Assessor
- Qualifications and/or short courses in Explosives and ammunition preferred.
- Experience in compilation and development of training documentation and material will be advantageous.
- Advanced computer skills, with at least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the manufacturing of explosives and ammunition, preferably in a supervisory role, will be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license
