Technical Support Manger

About the position

Are you an experienced technical support leader with a strong background in Industrial IT and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)? This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical support operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive service excellence within a specialised industrial technology environment.
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Support Manager to lead MES/OT support teams, oversee service delivery, and ensure operational efficiency, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial IT and/or MES environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in an operations team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• ITIL certification.
• Strong understanding of MES/OT support environments and IT/OT integration.
• Experience with SLA management, vendor management, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, resolve complex operational challenges, and improve service delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
